Hi. i have received a risk in my symantec risk history that an adware was found an it is in my shadow copies. Symantec states that the only way to remove this "adware" is to delete the shadow copy. What will this do to my o/s which is a windows 2003 server. If I right click on a drive and go to shadow copies that way is says that the shadow copy is disabled but the box to disable is still able to be checked.

Also, could adware on the shadow copy prevent my print spooler from being able to restart? I have to keep restarting it every time.

Please help....i'm desperate.
