The inf file type was associated with notepad so I deleted it and when I edit the file type and click OK and try to edit it again it comes up blank. When I close folder options and reopen it INF is gone. Ideas?

.inf is associated with Notepad by default. Or it is on a Windows 7 machine I am using, so, without checking, I assume it is in XP?
