I turn on my laptop and it goes through all the steps of loading but when the Windows screen pops up I get an error message telling me my computer is going to restart itself. The error message says "This application has failed to start because urlmon.dll was not found. Re-install the aplication may fix the problem" Then the screen goes blue and laptop says "This application has failed to start because WININET.dll was not found. Re-install the aplication may fix the problem"

PLEASE HELP
