Ok, I've followed the instructions to enable file sharing between computers on my home network. However, whenever I have dragged and dropped a file into the file sharing folder, for whatever reason it isn't available from the other computer. What am I missing here? My OS is Windows XP Home Edition. Any help will be appreciated.

Ok, I'm not computer savvy so I need step by step instructions. The link you suggested said I need to have administrative rights. If I own the computer, can I have admin. rights? Or who can I get to access what I need. Please provide detailed instructions. My OS is Windows XP Home Edition.
