I received a pdf file as a link attached to an email and when I open it, I cannot see an Adobe Reader menu or toolbar. I tried saving the file on my desktop and opening my Adobe Reader 9.0 and retrieving the file and I get the same thing. I only get a few options on the left and at the top it says SECURED. I can print the form and that's it.

Can you help?

The pdf writer has the option of locking features in his file so that the receiver may not edit it easily.
