I received a pdf file as a link attached to an email and when I open it, I cannot see an Adobe Reader menu or toolbar. I tried saving the file on my desktop and opening my Adobe Reader 9.0 and retrieving the file and I get the same thing. I only get a few options on the left and at the top it says SECURED. I can print the form and that's it.
