everytime i plugged in a printer or a digital camera, the FOUND NEW HARDWARE WIZARD popped up. however, it doesnt seem to recognize the new plug in device - it always says "the file 'usbccgp.sys' on (unknown) is needed"... the dumb tech at HP wanted me to pay $60 for further assesment of some sort to figure out exactly what is wrong with my computer... someone please help... thank you

you need the driver for it, most hardware shoudl come with it, if you install the specidic hardware software and it doesnt work you should find the hp driver cd and reinstall that.
