i heard that some dll is missing with os .is it true?
Is there any way to configure with out payment.

Apparently, there is a connector you can download and install made available from microsoft, to connect your hotmail account to outlook. What I'm not sure about, is if it is working with windows 7, but I guess its worth a try.

It does work with windows 7, I have used it successfully on 2 windows 7 computers including my own one!
