Went to upgrade from 7.0 to 7.5., Cannot run IM 7.5 on MSn., it says something about the firewall on Norton, what all can I look into to get this to run?

Configure Norton Firewall. Every firewall program has an area where you can make changes to a disable/enable allow/block list. Ensure your MSN messenger is in the enable/allow list. Or has the appropriate settings checked/set.
