I have windows xp and IE6 OR 7,when I have 2 or more websites open and I close one they all close.This just started to happen.Did the tools thing,under tabs as someone suggested in another site/click warn when closing multiple sites and no help.

Any suggestions greatfully appreciated.

What protective software have you got? Have you had any infections that coincide with this problem?

Maybe you can try Mozilla or Chrome browser to see it happen again or you can go to Internet option to check out your security and other setting.

Do you have tabs? If so then you have Internet Explorer 7 or up. Also you have the option to close all open "tabs" this maybe your problem. Also you can have windows remember to close all of your tabs automatically upon colosing IE-- This too can be your problem.
