Using InterNet Explores 9 - - -
"ToolBarH Application" by "Conduit Ltd." keeps popping up -
Repeats on every new tab or new window request -
Checking "Do not show me the warning for this program Again"
does no good - I have only clicked on "Don't Allow" -
never on "Allow".
