I received word documents by mail and I can not open them. I receive a message that I don't have winwrd632 converter. I downloaded it from Internet and followed all the instructions I found to solve the problem, but it wasn't successful. Please if somebody has an idea help me how to solve the problem.
I would appreciate any help.
