I connect my phone with my lappy to go online.....but after connecting for sometime it automatically disconnects.....
I am runnning on Win 7/intel i3 processor.....

What phone are you using?

I would inspect the driver for options re disconnecting.
Unless u r using a cell phone and the signal is weak enough to make it drop the call.

By disconnect you mean the phone from the computer (vs losing connection to internet), right?
If not could it be a fair usage policy thing?

If it is disconnecting from your computer, how and what is connected in the first place (is it a cell or land line, do you use cable or bluetooth for cell or if land line, is it a usb modem, an internal one...)
