I put my category name in to the "to" or "cc" box - and then find that
only a few - sometimes none - of the contacts in the category are are actually on the
eMail "to" or"cc" list - as checked in the OutBox or as actually sent (as seen in "sent items").
I go to "contacts" - click on the category - and
see the COMKPLETE CORRECT list of names that I had included in it.
I do an edit on the list - and -
the box at the bottom -
which should show all the contacts contained in the list -
is EMPTY or has only 1 or 2 contacts listed.
I finally DownLoaded the WLM program from MS - and reinstalled it.
I set up my categories again -
and everything worked fine -
for two days.
Then - the Categories went FLAKY AGAIN -
contacts not transferred to the eMail to be sent - and -
the box at the bottom of the "edit a category" window is empty - even though
the entire list appears when I just click on the name of the category.
??????? Please - I am frustrated - as I use the categories a LOT !!
Can this be "fixed" ??
