My computer was slightly dropped after that, it starts glitching on the screen. But it's been working fine. After not using it, I logged on and now it has low disk space. I really want to reset it but I don't know how. I have tried f8, f10 but based off what everybody is saying my computer doesn't do it. I can't get to the recovery system or anything.

If you can log on, then run chkdsk [checkdisk] by rclicking drive, then going Properties, Tools.
