Whenever I set a wallpaper it doesn't work and always have my default one which is a plain blue screen. When I go to the Wallpaper on Control Panel, all the pictures that are listed are also the plain blue screen. All of the positions are locked onto "Tile". Can anybody please help me. It would be greatly appreciated if you do! Thanks!
I think there's some kind of virus or spyware causing all this troubles with group policies. I fixed several cases like that in the last week with this:

Let me know if it worked. If it did it wouldn't hurt to also post a hijackthis log on the spyware section to see if you're clean.
