I restore my computer because it was stuck.
After that, on the touch screen desktop, some aplications like games, calender, conracts, mail, maps , weather , one note, news, sports, have an X on the right corner of the icon. When I click the icon, I got a message saying that the application can not be opened , so they refer to me to go to the store, but when I goto the store and look for the application, the store tell me that the application is on my computer or my licence was expired.

Try refreshing your computer (from PC Settings, accessable from the Charms menu). If that doesn't work then reset it completely, but make sure to backup your files (pictures, music, documents) before resetting.
