I was wondering if there is anyone here that knows anything about VoIP. We are using VoIP and get choppy, staticky calls. Does anyone know anything that we may be able to do to decrease the interruptions? Thanks

The quality of VOIP calls is pretty poor at the minute. It can also sound quite electronic and echoey, Its just down to usage of the internet and the speed not alot you can do really. Just have the fastest possible connections internally and the fastest ADSL service you can get. Thats about all you can do the rest is out of your control.:sad:
