Hi folks, please see the attached screenshot, there is no way to create a task. and no task library, Any ideas please

I would be guessing this is either:

  1. I don't know how to use Task Scheduler.
  2. Task Scheduler is broken.
  3. A CLEANER TOOL was used and broke Windows.

As presented without much story maybe restoring from your last good backup is best.
