This version of Windows cannot be installed on this machine. Does this simply mean my system isn't powerful enough to handle the software?

I picked up a 64 amd processor and board and cant find a legal 64 bit xp-pro disc (unless I am just not asking the right people)isn't the64 bit only sold pre-installed?
Want to trade your 64 install disc for a 32? new-4-new?
