Hello All,

I erased one RW cd disk and am trying to burn new files on it. When I try to burn, Nero says the disk is not empty, would you like Nero to erase ? Even after erasing one more time, the same message comes again and again ? How to solve this ?

The dic may need to be formatted so there should be a format option. If not then perhaps you should try a different CD RW.
