I am running on Window XP and when I tried to install a program
SETUP caused an access violation in SETUP.EXE at 0x00000024.
Can anyone who knows please on this. thanks.

I am trying to install the AVG antivirus program (free edition) which I downloaded from http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php.
There is also an existing game program which when I tried to log on today, the same message came out.
