i just got a job... this is my first job ever...
my first task is to manage a winXP server2003. my problem is dont know what the first thing to do to make my server work and secured.
i have 6 computers including the server all are winxp.what to do:?:

anyhow, what exactly are you trying to do, what is your level of IT understanding? (is there any at all, because saying "server XP 2003 is rather... hm...)
what is the server used for? who installed it and for what purpose?
