Hi all,

In my previous company there was a team of 5 people who all had access to the same mailbox.

Each of these 5 people in the inbox of this mailbox where able to assign their intials by typing them in on the preview pane of the inbox. So before the icon and Subject fields there was a field called dealt by

that allowed each member of staff to type in 2 chars

these two chars would reflect their initials.

I cant think of how to do this, can someone help me?
