when i double click my volume E: it open with ,openwith.. option . it not open normally nor explore option working,plz help

where is the icon for the drive that you are trying to open.
is it in the my computer list, windows explorer, on your desktop as a shortcut?

I have the exact same problem on both my computers. When trying to access any internal harddrive from the My Computer list I get the message as described above. Shortcuts works fine.

Hi bobbyraw
I think you have An Autorun File on the root of hard Volume (E:). it may be copied from an Autorun CD.
you can open hard Disk Volum (E:) and delete autorun file from root of Volume

Thanks for the reply. If it was just that easy. I have checked for autorun files, and there's nothing (no hidden either). And it's for both my computers and all internal harddrives.
