Are you trying to back-to-back two ISDN devices (that is what RAD G703 is, yes)? You will have some trouble doing that as there is no way to create a crossover cable for ISDN. Basically, in BRI you have 2 bearer channels @ 64Kbit/s each and 1 data channel @ 16Kbit/s. The issue is that in a true BRI setup, there is a BRI switch that handles the crossover of the 2B1D setup. Now, if your 1841's have T1/E1 then a crossover cable is easy:
