Hello,
I've got this problem that is driving my absolutely insane. I've got a wireless network adapter from linksys (WUSB54GSv2) and everything works great! I can surf and play games (For the most part), however it seems if it tries to pull too much information at once it locks up Windows XP.
For instance, I access my wife's computer (which is hardwired to the router) and I can copy a short cut to her C$. However, if I try to move a 6 meg file to her computer it hardlocks windows and I'm forced to reboot. This is frustrating but not really that big of a deal.
I play online games (like WoW) and it hardlocks after a certain amount of play it seems. Too, if I leave windows idle for too long (like go to work or to sleep) it seems to freeze up.
If anyone has an insight about this, I'd love to hear it! Other wise I might just buy a long cat-5 or get a pci adapter.
