I have had this problem once before. I fixed it by typing something into the command prompt and then forgot the website I got it from and everything, hoping the problem would not return. Well the problem is back with my same windows 7 laptop. In the bottom right corner of my screen it says I am connected, I am connected on my other devices its just that one computer, I open up firefox and internet explorer and it says no access. Please help.

netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Make sure you start command prompt as administrator .
