Jump to PostNo. I get the noname stuff from maplin electronics ( uk equivilent of radio shack). they just cut the length you require off a big roll then i buy a bag of RJ45 connectors and crimp them myselves. Works out very cheap and i never have any speed issues.

Only stuff where brand matters is Fiber and the really fast stuff like cat7
