I seem to be receiving a storm whenever an individual machine is turned on. Using ethereal, we determined that the packets are NBNS packets and browser packets. We are not sure the where the broadcasts are going, but the network that they are on contains a few printers, antennas and video cameras. It started a few weeks ago after never having this problem.
