I used a recovery disk i deleted windows system32 after the disk is done it says push any key to continue and remove the disk. I have a blank screen. What do i do next

huh? Why would you have deleted the system32 directory?
If you have a Windows CD, boot from the CD and perform a repair. Otherwise, you can restore from a backup, or just re-install from scratch.
