POWER LIGHT BLINKS BUT NO DISPLAY & BOOT PROCESS & FAN IS ALSO NOT OPERATING IN MY NOTEBOOK BUT WHEN I REMOVE RAM THEN POWER LIGHTS BECOME STEADY & FAN MOVES BUT STILL NO DISPLAY & BOOT PROCESS. KINDLY HELP ME

Not enough information here. My advice? Take it to a repair facility, or if it is under warranty then contact the vendor.
