Ad servers normally work for placing advertiser ads in publisher places. When a pre roll ad of 5 Sec is created by advertisers, this want to be played as a preroll video on publisher website. The Ad server will give the code for publisher. But ad server doesn’t know about the actual video played by the publisher site, don’t know what player is used by the publisher site. So how can an ad server generate code for pre roll videos without knowing about the actual video and player used by the publisher website? Or else, whether ad server wants to ask for these details to publisher before generating code?
