I think you should contact their Web Mail Support. They may have the backup of it on their server. Try mailing them or opening a ticket on the support desk.

It's better to have your primary keyword in your domain name. I believe it makes it easy for you to rank well if you have the main keyword in it. If you don't have the keyword in domain, I believe, it takes more SEO to rank the site well for that keyword than if it is in the domain.

I too think that it makes easier for SEO if the keyword is included in your domain. I believe its a plus point for that domain.

I think forums are a great way to get moral support and get open to the issues that people are thinking about. Well, IMO of running forums, no one will come and just start posting, add content and exclusive content would be great, it gives members something to talk and think about.

Do some banner advertising on other forums, participate in them and let the members know about your forum putting your forum and blog links in your signature. Participating in Social bookmarking and networking sites is also a good way to get visitors. Other than this, there are many more ways that you can find going thru the forum.

Nowadays, people are using the social network sites to do marketing of their sites. But the main use of it is to make communication with customers, friends and to stay connected with them always.

Yah.. I think you should again get some backlinks from the high PR sites. Only that way you can get your site again to PR7.

SEO point of view the impact of keywords in your domain will be negligible, IMO.

I think you should realy buy sites like script sites, sites that are automated and sells scripts. These types of sites can give a healthy profit with some effective advertising and after that the sale can be quite large as revenue increases. For buying those type of sites Sedo.com could be a good option.

You would be better off becoming a reseller for a reputable merchant account provider. Then instead of just reselling accounts, you could actually add value by setting up the form and payment system for your users.

I wouldn't get into processing the payments yourself if I were you. It is too risky and it might even be against PCI rules.

I think vectro is right, it can get you into a big trouble. Being a reseller would be a good option.

Both the methods are equally important to increase quality of traffic to website. But IMO, you should target more on On-page optimization.

Because, if you do proper on-page optimization for your website the website will not only rank well in a search engines but also can increase the overall readability of your website for your visitors. The off-page optimization could bring you a good traffic, but can't keep it for all the time. But if you are looking for long term traffic, then you should choose the right keywords for your site.

IMO, Quality link is a link from a page which has a strong popularity good PageRank specially in the case of Google.

Submitting to the 100's of directories in a very short period could make a bad impact on your site. Google does not like huge backlinks in a short period. If the hired guys have done the submissions very fast then i think they have used the auto submission software. Its always good to do it manually.

There are many directory lists available on web for submitting articles. You can go with these few:

i agree.... if you have your own unique articles do post them on your own blog. It will help you more for getting visitors.

This is the next step for me, with my own seo plan. I'm going to submit articles to ezines, writing on various topics related to my site, and then hope for the best.

Submitting articles to quality directory sites like ezine, goarticles, articlebase, articledashboard would be a good start. just make sure the keywords you are using are the top targeted keywords and with unique content. If you are choosing the right keywords you don't have to worry about the results. It will show the good results for sure.

One more important thing I would like to tell. Commenting on various sites & blogs is very essential for increasing backlinks to your site.

It is very important that you should not spam on the sites you comment and the comments you put should be some how related to your site and must be unique. Viewers and search engines are really not interested in the comments like “Hi, very nice website… the article is good and informative”.

Its always better to make your opinions, views, or suggestions in comments. The more keywords you add in your comments the Google sooner or later will tag them with your content.

See, if there are any pages with errors they can have a bad impact on your website. If the search engine does not indexed the error pages, then obviously its a loss for you.
