Have you tried resetting your date and time settings in your BIOS? If you haven't this might be the one causing the error message to appear.

It has a PCI-E slot. It should be backwards compatible. Meaning all PCI-E cards would work, although higher rated video cards might not reach their full potentials in case the PCI-E slot in your PC's Mobo is only 1x. But it will work. Cheers!

Reclaim RAM and remove by removing start up applications that you really don't use or need. You can also disable transparency and Aero if you are using a laptop.
