Does anyone consistently use the Trackback feature that most blogs have now? Just wanna know if its worth my time.

I've never used it, nor have i seen anyone use it. Most of the time i just copy and paste, i haven't seen too much usage of the trackback yet. Maybe it'll be the next craze...
