As and pointed out, the listing side is important. If you already handled that, the map or a Knowledge Panel can still fail to appear for other reasons. The most common causes are the type of search you run (Google shows maps only for local-intent queries), lack of consistent on-site business data, or weak local signals.

Quick checks and fixes you can apply now:

  • Try different searches. Search your exact business name plus city (or the address) and test in an incognito window or from another location. Searching the raw domain often returns only organic site results, not the local pack.
  • Confirm your site has a clear, crawlable contact page with the same business name, address and phone (NAP) that you use in any directory listings. Inconsistent NAP hurts local visibility.
  • Add LocalBusiness structured data on the contact/home page so Google can read your address and hours directly from the site. See Google’s guidance on local structured data for the correct fields (LocalBusiness structured data).
  • Check for duplicate or service-area listings that might suppress a map pin. Also ensure the public profile is complete (category, photos, hours) and not suspended.
  • Verify the site is indexed (use Search Console) and that the homepage isn’t blocked by robots.txt or noindex tags. If indexing is fine, changes to local listings can still take days to weeks to surface.

For current management tools and official help on showing up on Maps and Search, use Google Business Profile help (). If the original Google+ page is what you were relying on, note that consumer Google+ was discontinued years ago; Maps/Business Profile is now the product to use.

is your website verified on Google Maps Business Listings???

if you added your site on G Maps, then you should verify your place by Postal Verification.

May be it's not verify by Google place.
