I'm planning to use adwords to promote our site.
But I'm curious whether if google charge you from fake-clicks.
If a person just search multiple keywords and kept on click on your ads.
Will you be charged?
Please advice.

No they won't. All of the PPC models have a fraud watch. It usually works such that if your site gets 3 or more clicks from the same IP adress within 24 hours it will cause some sort of flag and it will be looked into.
