I have a sony pcg-k33 laptop and the screen went white.
The computer works normally with an external monitor.
the display is a dull white and lines (noise) flickering.
Any ideas what could be the problem?

1. Loose connection between the video cable and the LCD screen.
2. Defective LCD screen.
