I accidentally put agp in the title instead of pci the slots are actually pci. I have an ASUS p3v4x motherboard with a p3 800mhz processor. The issue im having is there is no signal going to the monitor at all. It just happened out of the blue the monitor works fine. I have tried multiple video cards that fit in the pci slot and still no luck im wondering if maybe the pci slots went bad maybe and any help would be appreciated. Need any more information just let me know.

try another video card

Ive already tried 4 different cards 3 were pci and 1 was an agp card still no signal.

if the monitor cable is ok then maybe your motherboard went out

Try take the battery away from the mobo for a few minutes, unplug the power cord as well, holding down the power button over 20 seconds to discharge the mobo.

Also swap the RAM in different RAM slot and/or use a known good RAM to test.

Then put the battery back with the power cord, try the known good VGA card again.

Hope this helps!
