I have a nVidia GeForce4 MX420 64MB PCI card. Since this really isn't much to brag about, I just bought this card --> https://www.komplett.no/k/ki.asp?sku=304713 - it cost me 849 Norwegian Kroner, which is approx. $110. Here is the same card in english - http://www.komplett.co.uk/k/ki.asp?sku=304713&cks=PRL - . It is a GeForce FX5200 256MB, PCI card. I am currently waiting for the part to arrive by mail (it's arriving tomorrow! :p) My question is: Can i add the new card, without taking the old one out? And have 2 video cards in my pc at once? What will this do?

You can add the new card. All this will do is allow you to run multiple displays. No, they cannot run together to increase performance.

If you choose to run just one, then make sure you properly uninstall the drivers of the previous card before installing the new one.
