This is what happen
When i turn on the laptop instead of getting black screen with DELL LOGO and WINDOW XP on it i got GREEN screen. and it's also happen on my desktop window
I did everything in my power to resolve the problem but not of it fix the problem like reintalll the ATI 9000 driver
ALL Suggestions would greatly appreciated

It also happens on your desktop window? What does that mean?
Please clarify your query. It sounds initially like you may have a corrupt video card.

It's an integrated video card on this model and is most certainly beyond repair. For the price of these you may as well replace the mainboard unless you have access to spares and a bit of free time.
