Hithere,
I need to take 12v DC from my computer to feed an amplifier. I know there is some red and black wires . But my question is 1.) is there enough current to feed my amplifier( may be 2 or 3 A). 2.) is there any problem to my smps or pc by doing this ?.
Please help.

There is not enough amperage for what you want to do unless you have a very high output PSU. Also your computer will put out some noise on the 12 volt rail which you will have to correct.

I tried this a few years ago and the result was very unsatisfactory.

Hi Rik,
Thank you for your reply. I have a 300w smps in my PC. Does this work ?

Nope, you'd need atleast a 500 watt.
