The stranges thig happened this afternoon. My laptop locked up, and when I rebooted it, I had no sound and no modem. My modem and sound device have disappeared under device manager, and when I look at my modem through my internet connection, it says that it's disconnected. I restarted my computer several times, and it didn't do anything. I'm pretty sure it isn't a driver problem, because I downloaded and installed the drivers of Acer's sight and it didn't make any difference. Any ideas?
