My problem stems from ancestry.com Down load enhanced viewer page
the opportunity to download this utility (The page) keeps reloading itself.
I have been a member of this .com for 3 yrs with no probes . I have used the E.V
all the time its just in the last 2 days this problem has occurred coinciding with ancestry being closed for the holiday hence I am seeking your advise
operating sys win xp home ed.
remedies tried
anti virus off
firewall off
phishing off
everything I needed to do in my fire wall (zone alarm pro v6)
system restored twice
Can you please help me
