Hi all, when I scroll down the page using either the mouse scroll button or the scroll bar, the page descends in a "wave effect" rather than smoothly as it should be....
Does anyone know the problem and more importantly, how to fix it?

Same problem on this Dell 4600, fresh from reformat. I have no idea, I'd like some help on it too, which is actually why I stopped by here.
512 RAM, 2.8GHz, smooth scrolling ON.
Just to scroll to the Post Quick Reply button took maybe 10 seconds. Everything else is nice and fast though...
EDIT: Nevermind, I just updated my drivers for that crap geforce MX 440 and everything's fine now. Try updating your graphics drivers.
