Whenever I am logging in my Windows XP system, it is showing 'Personalise settings for c:\windows\system32\msuk.exe'.
My system is not working properly nowadays.
Is this a spyware?

yeah i think so ,you should check our spyware and other nasties section ,follow instruction in sticky post at the top of page and download hijackthis and post a log there ,here is a link to that section ,good luck .
