Every time I log in to my account "vs49688", I have none of my files or settings. I checked in the Documents and Settings Folder and there is a "vs49688.001" as well as a "vs49688 " folder in there. I can access the vs49688.001 folder, but I can't get in to the vs49688 folder. I'm currently using the built-in administrator account, but I don't keep anything on that. Please Help.

I've tried that it didn't work. Thanks anyway. Every account I try to access the old account in says Access is denied. But i've modified the built-in admin account to access everything in Local Security Policy, and its still not working. It's not actually the ntuser.dat or anything like that. I cant physically access the folder.
is this on a domain computer or a personal home PC
It's a personal home account. But anyway, I fixed it. Corrupt Security Descriptor.
