Hello.. I really didn't know where to post this, so i figured this would be as good a spot as any.. Well, I come to you guys needing help.. I am pretty much computer illiterate.. So i will ask you guys to give me a step by step analysis on how to fix this problem.. Almost as if you are talking to a 4 year old.. I would really appreciate it.. I have recently run into the infamous blue on my desktop that says that I need to invest in some type of spyware removal.. Well, fact of the matter is, I really need this to go away..
