"faulting module mshtml.dll, version 7.0.6000.16640" is the error message in the event viewer.
Now..... there are some suggestions to untick the web history in the desktop index on Google desktop, but I don't have this on the machine. PC is running XP pro and is on the network. All machines are having the same problem as they all have the same version of IE7......Please help :'(

Not yet. Still on SP2. Any fixes?
possibly. For some reason Sp3 fixed an IE7 problem I had. For me sysfader.exe kept crashing and taking IE down
