This is the message that comes up: window a fatel exception OE has occured at 0028:C183C83E in VXD PPP MAC (04)0000791E. The current application will be terminated press any key to terminate the current application. Press CTRL ALT DEL again to restart your computer. You will loose any unsaved info in all applications. Press any key to continue.

When I try to press a key the Desktop comes up, it shows the AOL Sign then always freezes.

Please can someone help me?

try a boot from the floppy as you don't appear to be loading all of your drivers.
